ANNE FRANK HOUSE
We kick off with the Anne Frank House’s campaign. Secretly always wondered what you could have seen if Anne could have kept a video diary during World War II? In the campaign, we follow the vlogging Anne (played by Luna Cruz Perez) before and during her time in the Secret Annex. The result? Exciting video content from an original, modern perspective on Anne Frank’s oh-so-familiar diary.

VAN GOGH MUSEUM
In 2018, director Hugh Welchman released the animated film “Loving Vincent. The animation was the world’s first completely painted feature film and resulted in a unique film about the life and mysterious death of Vincent van Gogh. When the film was nominated for an Oscar that year, the Van Gogh Museum launched the social media campaign #vincentdeservesthis. Through the campaign, the Amsterdam museum let it be known that they believe Vincent “deserves an Oscar” and used its international fame and social reach to promote the film. Whether the campaign helped the director get the Oscar? Unfortunately, no. But the film and campaign were talked about around the world.

THE STATE MUSEUM
Finally, we look at the campaign “The Keys to the Empire. The campaign in which various BN’ers are given “the key to the Rijksmuseum” and in this way take viewers on an exciting tour of the Rijksmuseum after closing time. An employee of the museum will lead the BN’ers around with a personal tour and together they will search for special stories, where viewers themselves could participate and ask questions via Instagram Live.
