We are looking for an account manager to provide new and existing customers with the best service. “Customer’s best friend” and someone who sees opportunities to best serve the customer. You bring in briefings even before the client knows they have a challenge. And you provide new clients at the assembly line with a healthy mix of smooth people skills and content knowledge. An extensive LinkedIn network is not a must, but it is nice to have. In addition to providing our current customers with a warm bath, you will also identify opportunities in the market to bring new customers to us.
Our ideal account manager
- Is the first point of contact for our customers;
- Ensures with strategy that customer questions and expectations are formulated with crisp clarity;
- Retrieves new briefings, coordinates with team and debriefs with client;
- Determines with project the scope and deployment of our team;
- Thinks along in brainstorms and represents the client’s wishes during the creative process;
- Feedback creative concepts and content from the client’s perspective;
- Forms a golden duo together with our project manager to support our clients from concept to completion;
- Is genuinely interested in our client’s goals and thinks with them how to achieve them;
- Identifies commercial opportunities which follows up;
- Creates only happy faces around him!
- Has an affinity for social
- Be inducted directly by one of the owners;
- Has at least 2+ years of experience at a (social) agency;
